AI: present, past and future

The term Artificial Intelligence has never been more talked about than in recent years. The pandemic has accelerated processes and with it, Artificial Intelligence has invaded people's daily lives in an accelerated way.

This Artificial Intelligence technology has been increasing productivity, in addition to creating workflow management solutions with more ease and organization, while predicting trends, influencing consumer behavior and the way companies should behave in front of the market.

Investments in network quality solutions, devices, software and other technologies have become part of the budget of many companies and have been impacting the lives of all of us in a substantial way.

However, how has this whole concept evolved and even impacted our society, making everything more automated, faster and with less risk of human error?

Artificial Intelligence can gather and organize large volumes of data to make to make inferences and estimates that are outside the human capacity to understand. For example, it is proven to improve organizational efficiency while reducing the risk of an error and identifying unusual patterns such as spam and fraud.

This is also why AI is already being used in many aspects of our lives. It will not need to go much further, since it is already becoming usual to have self-driving cars, more accurate weather forecasts, more concrete and faster health diagnoses, among many other advantages, which directly impact our lives and decisions.

AI is already present in different sectors such as:

Graphic design;

Transport;

Health;

Marketing;

Finance.

And, how will AI influence our future?

In an age when AI is present at the distance of just a few clicks or even at the moment when we are choosing what to wear or buy to eat, the truth is that our future will be one of strong coexistence with artificial intelligence.

Cars that drive themselves, machines that will replace the human being in their jobs and even software that will help us in choosing what to eat, wear or travel, will be present in our future, this is a fact. It will remain to be seen how society will also adapt to a revolution more than announced, being already present.
