High Performance Leadership

Equalizing multigenerational teams by multiplying talents and orchestrating differences is not the only challenge of a leader, more than that it is necessary to understand who the professional is, what their interests are and align the objectives.

It may happen that the leader tries to extract from a member of his team something that is not in his essence, is not part of his character or his culture.

To become a good leader it is essential to learn how to lead yourself and then be able to perceive in detail your followers.

According to a survey by the Edelman Trust Barometer 2022 (a global study that analyzes levels of corporate credibility), promoting diversity, sustainability and inclusion are the most relevant points of new leadership.

The survey by Edelman showed that 62% of Brazilian professionals expect leaders to take a stand on social issues such as: wage inequality (72%), global warming and climate change (71%), and prejudice and discrimination (71%).

An American survey, conducted by ThoughtExchange – a platform for engagement and research by leaders to create alignment – points out that 43% of the most engaged employees receive feedback on a weekly basis. According to the survey, 69 percent of employees said they would work harder if they felt their efforts were being recognized. Research has shown that employees who receive little or no feedback from their managers tend to disconnect from work more easily.
