According to data from consulting firm IDC Brasil, the accelerated migration of business to the digital environment generated revenue of R$44 billion for the software sector in Brazil in 2021, representing an increase of 32.5% when compared to 2019, in the pre-pandemic period.
Also according to the company, in 2020, the demand was higher in software for technology infrastructure management, customer relations, business management, collaborative tools and artificial intelligence.

A recent Gartner survey indicates that CEOs scored that environmental and social change is one of the top three priorities for investors, after profit and revenue.
Low-code/no-code solutions: They allow professionals to reuse certain codes for different projects, accelerating and optimizing digital transformation.
Hyperautomation: It brings together the integration of different technologies such as AI, machine learning, Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and high-speed connection in 5G.
Artificial intelligence: It involves the ability to map patterns of behavior and, consequently, generate automatic responses to each hypothesis.
